Layout

Internally, Ocean Sun Bondi is practically on one level.  It has 3 small steps that separate the bedrooms and bathroom from the rest of the living space.  There are steps that lead from the front gate to the front door; and from the front door to the garage area.

Bedroom 1
The master bedroom suite has a queen sized bed, bed side cabinets and table lamps.  It also has a deluxe ensuite bathroom with shower and walk in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2
Double bed, bed side cabinets, table lamps and built in wardrobe

Bedroom 3
Queen bed, built in wardrobe, bed side cabinets and table lamps

Bedroom 4
Twin beds that can be converted to a king size bed, built in wardrobe, bed side cabinets and table lamps

Bathroom
Deluxe bath with overhead shower, toilet, basin, laundry cupboard housing washing machine and dryer

Study/office
Chair, sofa, shelves & purpose built study with desk and computer.

Rumpus/kids lounge or 5th Bedroom
Sofa which can convert to a bed, coffee table, entertainment unit, flatscreen tv, dvd player, stereo

Entrance area
Cupboard for storing coats, bags etc

Kitchen/living area
Fully equipped kitchen.  Breakfast bar with 4 stools, entertainment unit with flatscreen tv, stereo, dvd player, corner leather lounge suite, coffee table

Dining area
Dining table with seating for 8 people, lamp table, built in pantry

BBQ, unique wooden seats and table, sculpture
