The minimum booking is for 7 nights or 1 week.  If you want less than this, please call us, as subject to availability we may be able to accommodate your request at a specifically negotiated night rate.  However, under no circumstances do we accept less than 3 nights.

May/June/July/August/Sept

Payment Methods, Terms and Conditions

We require a 50% deposit on booking.  The balance if paying by EFT (electronic funds transfer) needs to be 1 week before arrival and on arrival if paying by credit card, bank cheque, cash, money order.  The following forms of payment are accepted: Most major credit cards; Bank cheque; Electronic funds transfer directly into Australian Bank account; Money orders.

Bond: An imprint of your credit card with your signature will be taken on arrival to safeguard against breakages and damage.  We also require ID to ensure the credit card and ID match.  This imprint and signature will be shredded once an inspection has been completed.

Smoking: OceanSun Bondi has a no smoking policy inside the property

Departure cleaning: An additional charge of $200 is payable for cleaning.
